Are You Living Life 'In Balance' or 'Out of Balance'?

Your entire being is literally an expression of energetic balance or imbalance. When you are energetically balanced, the body produces positive healing chemicals that flood your brain and body, restoring health and vitality mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. For instance, research in psychoneuroimmunology has shown that practices such as meditation, smiling, and laughing can boost serotonin and endorphin levels, which are associated with positive emotions and reduced stress. Conversely, the opposite is true.

We unknowingly and unintentionally absorb or carry the burden of negative energies created by life events, traumas, responsibilities, even an unkind spoken word, action, or even a disapproving look. In time, those stored negative frequencies create an imbalance in our energetic system. To make this more ‘real’, think about the physical or emotional sensations you’ve experienced when encountering the negativity of these events, words, or actions. You might notice tension in your shoulders, a burden in your mood or heart, anger, or feelings of being overwhelmed. Noticing these reactions turns these conceptual ideas into actionable self-awareness.
Here are some of the differences you will experience when your energetic pathways are flowing with ease versus when they are disconnected, blocked, or overburdened.

The gifts of positive energy, InSight, intuition, abundance, protection, and healing reside within you; they always have. Not sure where to start with all this information? It's perfectly normal to feel somewhat overwhelmed when deciding which area to focus on first. Remember, there is no need for a perfect beginning. Take the messy first step and allow yourself the grace of an imperfect start. Often, when one thing is cleared, others are cleared too. Trust your intuition; it is there to serve you.
