Have you ever walked into a room and immediately felt welcomed, comfortable, and relaxed?
Or have you ever felt the opposite—an instant sense of unease, maybe even breathlessness or fear?
Everyone feels nervous before an interview, exam, or presentation. But here, I mean a real physical reaction to being in a certain place or with certain people.
We call these feelings positive or negative awareness, or intuition. It’s your energy connecting with the energy of others in the room, and all of those present are absorbing that collective energy.

Pay attention to your energy. Notice it and take action when needed.
Trust your intuition and awareness. They are there to help and guide you.
Now, think about this: what kind of energy are you projecting to others? Is it positive, accepting, and open? The energy you project can have real, tangible effects on your health and well-being. By creating positive energy within yourself, you not only attract similar energy but also inspire those around you to do the same, creating a ripple effect of positive interactions and literally repelling negative energies and interactions without ever having to react defensively or say a word.
Or is it negative, judgmental, or untrusting? Maybe you’re giving off neutral energy, dissociated, or separated.

The energy we send out is the energy we attract, much like a magnet. One of the many ways Energy Work can be of benefit to you is to simply strengthen your trust in your intuition and the messages you receive.
